About Us

Building pathways to education, skills & employment

Navyamuru exists to close the gap between where students are and where they want to be — through structured guidance, skill training and real placement outcomes.

About Us

Who we are

Navyamuru helps students, dropouts and job seekers access education, skills and employment opportunities through counselling, skill training and placement support.

We work with students after 10th & 12th, dropouts, job seekers and working learners — guiding each person through counselling, skill training, certification, placement and continued education.

When We Started

From ground-level outreach to a registered company

Work started in November 2025.

Navyamuru began on the ground in November 2025, helping students and job seekers directly. That work was formally incorporated as Navyamuru Private Limited on 08 September 2026 (CIN U85499BR2026PTC087882, ROC Patna, Bihar), turning early, hands-on outreach into a structured organisation built to scale.

Vision

An India where no student's education ends because of exam failure, fees or a lack of guidance.

Mission

To connect students, dropouts and job seekers to education, skills and employment through one integrated journey — identification, counselling, skilling, certification, placement and continued education.

Why We Exist

The gap Navyamuru was built to close

These are the barriers we see repeatedly among students, dropouts and job seekers in the communities we serve.

01

Academic or financial barrier

Exam failure, fees, and family income pressure cut education short.

02

Dropout

Education stops without a structured alternative route forward.

03

Skill gap

No certification and no employable, job-ready capability.

04

Limited opportunities

Only informal, low-wage or unstable work is available.

05

Income pressure

Returning to study becomes harder for every year that passes.
